We are blessed to be led by our Senior Pastor, Reverend Sarah Anthony. A dynamic leader and gifted teacher, Pastor Anthony is deeply committed to the spiritual growth of our congregation and the well-being of the Paterson community.

Pastor Anthony brings a powerful, relevant message of hope and is passionate about continuing the church's legacy of service, worship, and community action. She is an active voice in our city, serving on several boards and working to build bridges of faith and justice. Her vision is to see Grace Gospel Church be a place where every person can experience God's love, discover their purpose, and be equipped to make a difference in the world.-

We stand on a powerful foundation of faith built by our founder, the late Reverend William H. Butler, and our beloved Pastor Emerita, Yvoma Butler.

In 1982, Reverend Butler answered the call to establish a non-denominational church for all people in Paterson. Alongside him, Pastor Yvoma Butler, a dedicated educator in the Paterson school system for over 35 years, served the ministry tirelessly.

Following her husband's passing, Pastor Butler stepped into the role of Senior Pastor, faithfully continuing the vision God had given them. Under her compassionate leadership, the ministry flourished, growing to include a vibrant praise and worship team, a dance ministry, a youth conference, community outreach teams, and so much more. We are profoundly grateful for her legacy of wisdom, grace, and unwavering faith, and we are blessed to honor her as our Pastor Emerita.
